The point that is being made, is this company is going about it the wrong way, no one begrudges someone having a go, or trying to build relationships or a business for that matter, but when they go about it like this, it not only makes them look foolish, but also discredits them, the organizations that associate with them, and the departments that they claim to be working for. Using a gov fire brigade email address as a contact is not only unethical and I'm sure not strictly kosher anyhow, but brings discredit to the Fire-brigade for being associated in something that is fast getting a reputation for all the wrong reasons.
Using photos and other information without permission is unprofessional and illegal.
To then put the comments they did on the website when politely asked to remove photos that are not owned by the company is unprofessional and just silly. The colour scheme that suggests they are affiliated with Police and other rescue services is while not illegal (i don't think) is certainly not professional either!
