Looking for a tutor

Postby Jay » Tue Dec 13 2011, 01:06

Fellers, also new to the bladeslapper site, and from western NSW. started my cpl exams nearly 3 years ago and passed six exams about two and half years ago by correspondence. Although had to go back to family property and have not had time since to finish my air law and flight rules. So trying to knock over the last exam this week or early next, in Sydney at the moment studying, so just wondering if any one knows of a tutor to help us out, and make sure I pass the air law exam before time runs out in feb. Tried bankstown heli although tutors are away at present. or any other suggestions ????.cheers.

Hi mate, I've just finished all my ATPL's, I'm in inner west Sydney, i have all the AFT midules and up-to-date law docs etc. Happy to help out if I can for a beer and a t-bone. (Especially if you can introduce me to a cute single sister....)

PM me your mobile number and I'll text you later today.

Hi,

Passed my exams a couple of months back. You would be happy to know the air law seemed the easiest of the 7 exams to me... but this could be due to putting in the most effort because I was wary of the higher pass mark.

I can run you thru what parts to study and highlight, tag etc. There are a couple of CAAPs you should be familiar with as they cannot be taken into the exam.

In the inner west also (Leichhardt). Home allot as not working at the moment... moving interstate in January. PM me if it doesn't work out with papillons or you want another point of view.

Ah, Pegs, you know I hang about this joint just to chat you up when there are no black ducks on the pond.

I was thinking more in terms of off-shore drivers...

Geez NAwty how did you manage that? Too much rum the night before?

Don't even start me on BAK, :x I am still trying to get my head around the fact that fixed wing pilots have to do "an exam" before they can sit their 'exams' and yet apparently helicopter pilots must be smarter as they don't have to sit it?!!

I love your honesty, gave me a chuckle.

ATPL(H) perf and loading was my nemesis.

The V1/V2 graphs took another six feet off my definitely-no-longer-20/20-already vision, I reckon. (I'm reliably informed that CASA draws up that S76 handbook using second hand crayons from the Manuka Daycare centre.)
