One for the offshore applicants

Postby FerrariFlyer » Sun Feb 3 2013, 06:51

One to help the prospective offshore applicant gain an insight into some offshore stuff.

Yes sir, there are some 'hanging on the edge of your seat' photos here of flying over the ocean and through clouds that would make even your most seasoned adrenalin junkie overdose.

Combined with flying of some timeless classics, the dream of new technology (complete with aircon) and the wide variety of food selections at your nearest Qantas Club/pub....does life get any better?

....yes it does...when the RJ100 hits V1 at YBWX!!!

You forgot the 4 mid strength beers amongst your wine drinking challenge.

Ah yes, the four mid strength beers per day at YBWX. But only if you've done an induction for your beer card.

I didn't want to make it sound too appealing here at this particular base....don't want people fighting to get here for work.

This is a good insite into the often secret world of Off Shore flying. For those lucky enough to be involved into the up and coming intakes, good luck! You'll enjoy it for sure!

Cheers for putting the shots up FF, would love to see a lot more in the future, even a dedicated post for Off Shore pilots and crew would be something to see!
