Bell 427 Flight Manual
Does anyone have an electronic flight manual for a Bell 427.
Just doing some comparisons of aircraft.
PM me or just put it on here, either way is okay.
Thanks in advance.

Have they received SPIFR certification? Essentially they are fatter 407 with two Pratt’s.
They were developed by Bell & Samsung Heavy Industries at the time to compete with the 109 and without too much success, then they developed the 429.
I hear a few operators trying to use them on fires these days.

Trying being the operative word
And may I suggest an edit to your description...
“A fatter, longer, heavier, thirsty, more complex version of the 407.”

Good luck doing anything useful on the fireline at 140kts *.
* Unless it's a Blackhawk. In that case...140kts just looks damn cool!

You mean like transiting back to base once you’re de-tasked...

De-tasked because a helicopter company that has red aircraft have undercut everybody or just because the fire is out?

Comedians !
Really you don’t deserve a response!
BUT Obviously you haven’t done too much in the way of air attack, or if you have you never moved from one fire to 5 or 6 other fires in the one day with air attack supervisor or obs platform.

Yeah, no fires ever got put out going 90 in a Jet Ranger.
Nothing like an air attack rushing around 5 or 6 other fires to really let the one your supposed to be watching get going again.
And I thought we were slagging the 427 not other companies?
