Re: Stats
Mobile version of the site would be awesome.
Very tricky to read on the i phone, and especially hard to click on the thread post to want to read. (damn fat fingers)

Re: Stats
Hmm sounds like I started something this morning with my requests for hits on my website eh? :P
Safari 28,699 39.06%
iPhone 10,107 59.78%
Firefox 10,064 13.70%
these three I use, Safari is the default internet for Iphone so that is a commonly used one I would think.

agree the mobile version would be great, hey Davo you know you can make the pages bigger so you can read and click on threads easily hey? Just place your fingers on the screen and draw them outwards, it works like a magnifying glass and you page will expand. Do the opposite to reduce it.... ;)

Fixed, added the "Close Popup" line at the end. Thanks for letting me know.
Thanks to those who have emailed through bugs as well, much appreciated!

Hi Helothere,
Any chance you could PM me with details of how you make a mobile version of the web site in 24 hours?
I think it's great and would really like to do it with our web site.
If you think it maybe of interest to others, don't PM, just put it out there.
Cheers
Islandheli.
PS could almost be a new post, but I hear that Low Time has a new gig and is of to Norway or somewhere up there to learn how to fly some big helicopter from A to B with a bunch of blokes in the back.
Congrats fella, been a long slog since Tooradin and Sale.
We need to drink beers at the Westernport soon.....

Re: Stats + Bladeslapper Mobile
Well you need to be fairly obsessed with a website and have the time to devote to it . What I have done is to take a look at the session of each user and ask what browser they are using. If it's mobile then they are presented with a different template, or way of displaying the info from the database. From there it's exactly the same as the rest of the site, it just looks different and is optimised for a small window. It makes it a reasonably easy task when the whole site is written in server side code.
Would you care to PM or provide the URL of your site so I may take a look?
