R44 1 Rebuild Cost

Postby Longrass » Thu May 2 2019, 10:12

Hey all!

Has anyone got some general number on Raven 1 rebuilds. Looking at purchasing a machine and figures are so difficult to obtain, I’m hoping to knock up a coating spreadsheet to get a crack on some due dilligence.

Any help (even by PM) would be much appreciated

Thanks!

Somewhere between $260 and $280 is about the ballpark.

Machine TT and TR?
AUD vs USD can vairy,.
componetent times (can some be carried over?)
As Davo said he is on the money for a basic RB.
Get the data on the machine and contact some tool spinners for an accurate price.
Allow 2-3 months for a good job.
If some one what’s to sell it to you and not do the same, what is wrong?

Thanks for the replies, what should one estimate for 100 hourlys? As in the average spread out over the life of the rebuild?

Bare minimum $1500 plus per 100 hrs SVS
Not including unknown failures or preventative maintenance.
Once again, get in touch with a decent tool spinner to obtain a decent guide for your budget.
Prior planning and preparation prevents piss poor performance.
