Saw this one online today, though it was worth sharing.

Apparently, the pilot hit the hyd. switch instead of a radio control...

Good reminder to keep focused on the job... Particularly when on T/O & Landing. Not to mention, don' risk it by flying like a douche, one day it won't pay off!!

Apparently, there was only minor injuries also. Lucky, especially for the dude in the car....
