Is #casa emulating the improper NSW ICAC actions??
In NSW, the ICAC [NSW’s corruption watchdog] investigations have directed at evidence gathering with the Cuneen case, which showed improper collection and clear falsification of video evidence in the collection of a phone from Cuneen. This progressed to the High Court, with serious doubts being raised about evidence gathering.
The latest revelations go even further and in today’s Australian, garner a different emphasis – the withholding of information by ICAC.
We must continue to ask these questions and defend our "right-to-fly".

Re: Affect on the economics of aviation
The effect on aviation of all of the issues can not be allowed to continue. This article brings together a range of opinios through time - 2012 to 2015 and what the AHIA is trying to stop, where negative effects occur.

Re: Are #casa, #atsb and Minister Truss serving us?? or just themselves
After reading all that I do now thoroughly believe that the entire Australian Civil Aviation industry should gather their scythes and pitchforks and hurry down to their local CASA office and perform a public lynching of any and all associated with CASA.
I see nothing good in the future for the Australian Aviation industry. I do believe that the future of Australian Aviation will be external multinational aviation companies outbidding local aviation contractors leading to further demise of the local industry. I expect that in the not too distant future anyone looking up to see and aircraft flying overhead will see an abundance of foreign registered ACFT with a bunch of foreign pilots manning the cockpits and cheap asian mechanics moving into the Hangars.
I hope that somewhere, somehow someone can fix CASA. or maybe just start again from scratch.
