Can’t help but notice there are 4 non negotiable “demands“ in the advertisement.
While offering nothing in return, except for the privilege of flying a B206.
(I’m not suggesting that they don’t intend to pay, or offer any “conditions” whatsoever. - just pointing out there is no mention)
EG
Will pay above award wages
Will provide 6 weeks paid leave per year
Will provide high quality, unshared accommodation and a daily allowance when required to travel.
Will keep all required qualifications up to date at companies expense. (Medical, ASIC, HUET, etc)
Potentially an indicator of what one could expect from this employer?
No knowledge of the operator, or position. Just an observation. Great to see a job ad at least. Keep smiling.
