Beck Helicopters Ltd is looking for a multi-skilled Loader / Driver to join our growing Eltham team.

Your main responsibilities will include driving a truck and trailer to cart fertiliser throughout Taranaki and the North Island. In addition you will be required to drive support vehicles out in the field and on site. A lot of the work we perform is weather dependant so there will be a requirement to work some overtime and weekend work. This job is based in Central Taranaki, New Zealand and the successful candidate will be required to live within that area.

Requirements:
• This is a Permanent Full Time position for a driver/loader
• Must have Class 1-5 licences
• Current Dangerous Goods License
• CSL and Fire Certificates an advantage
• Experience operating a variety of ground vehicles including truck and trailer, loader and forklift
• Ability to monitor and maintain your truck an advantage
• Clean driving record
• Clean criminal record
• Efficient and reliable
• High level of motivation and willingness to adapt/learn new things
• Ability to follow instruction and also give instruction in a pleasant and polite manner when dealing with our clients and the public.
• Have a strong health and safety focus
• Current first aid certificate an advantage
• NZ residency or valid NZ work visa

All successful applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and medical as well as Ministry of Justice check.

NB: You will not be trained to be a helicopter pilot or an aircraft engineer
