Seems at first glance, an imbalance between what is asked for, and what is offered.

Not wanting to start something just curious, is it pilots coming from ex government employed jobs not getting what they thought?
Reason I ask as those jobs seem to be almost tailored to said pilots. Or is it said pilots gain experience in the machine utilised and then leave and go offshore? Or is it ex offshore going EMS and not being able to pay off their six houses? Or the company is sh!t to work for and they go to TOLL?
Careflight Roma comes up just as often as TOLL Bankstown.
Purely an observation.

Probably been said before BUT
Really what 500 hour pilot would have these qualifications?
CPL (H)
AW139 Type Rating with 50 hours on type
CIR-ME
NVFR(H)
500 hours rotary wing
250 hours Multi-Engine rotary wing

I've been around the block a few times but I've never understood these ads.

How many hours/year does the machine do? I've had what could be considered good jobs in the past & I've left because I'm bored silly.
