Line Pilot - Permanent Position
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service (WRHS) is a not-for-profit organisation providing world class aeromedical, search and rescue services, free of charge to those in need 24/7. With more than 40 years of proud history, the Service now operates from three bases in NSW (Belmont, Lismore, Tamworth) with aircraft maintenance, engineering and support teams in Broadmeadow.
The Service is seeking to recruit an experienced Line Pilot to join the team permanently and be based in Lismore. The successful candidate will be a team player with a flexible approach and a commitment to safety and quality. The organisation works to an agreed 4 on 4 off roster which consists of 2 days and 2 nights.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
CASA ATPL (H) & Current Class 1 Medical
2,000 hours PIC Helicopters
1,500 hours PIC Turbine
50 hours NVFR
Qualified and experienced NVG and IFR
EMS/ SAR experience
AW139 rating will be highly regarded.

You will need to have the right to work in Australia and be prepared to complete a psychometric assessment, Working with Children Check and National Police History Check, if successful.

It certainly would not be a bad location to live and work in that part of northern NSW. Nice new machine too that would no doubt be a boost to the older SA365N2 it replaced.
