A Full time position as Maintenance Planner has become vacant at our Caloundra Airport facility.

Normal working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, 0730 to 1600.

About the position

The position specifically relates to the administration of Aircraft documentation and associated airworthiness databases and engineering work packs to ensure compliance with Australian Civil Aviation standards.

Duties & responsibilities
•Plan for upcoming aircraft maintenance as required in conjunction with the Head of Maintenance (HOM)
•Compilation of engineer's Work packs, collating man hours and data input into the Aerotrack system
•Vetting all work packs to ensure all certifications have been completed and man hours match hours booked
•Maintain information files on regularly maintained aircraft and amend as required
•Liaising with clients and customers on scheduled delivery times or delays
•Ensuring customers are updated on a regular basis as to the status of their aircraft undergoing maintenance
•Assist in company audits
•Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Skills and experience

Persons with previous aviation experience would be preferred.

Experience with Aerotrack software & database would be advantageous.

Training will be provided should the successful applicant have minimal or no previous aviation or Maintenance planning experience.
