Postby ring gear » Mon May 27 2013, 04:11

Hello all,

A colleague of mine is currently experiencing difficulty in renewing a Class 1.

I'm enquiring if anybody knows of a good Lawyer that knows their stuff in regards to Casa Class 1 medical reg's. etc.

Any info appreciated, preferably in Sydney area, but not necessary.

PM's please.

regards,

RG

Lawyers are a huge cost that generally only sees 1 winner at days end....them!
Think about your avenues of redress....the AAT is a free venue and if your argument is not too difficult or complicated, most people can manage with their own representation. If your journey is through court, them a lawyer really is the only option in all seriousness.

Big Dog

AAT = Administrative Appeals Tribunal

If going to Court remember the old saying "A person who represents themself has a fool for a client"

AAT....Administrative Appeals Tribunal
Designed to be a people court of review and very manageable by anyone with an ounce of sense BUT legal advice is recommended!
