Helicopter crashes in Beqa, Fiji - no one injured
10 June 2015. Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji (CAAF) is conducting a preliminary investigation into a helicopter crash on Beqa. The helicopter was conducting aerial work when foreign object debris struck the main rotor blades on landing causing damage to the main rotor blades and tail rotor. Three helicopter crew members involved in the incident happened were not injured.
A photo suggests the AS350 rolled onto its side near heavy vegetation.
