Looking for recommendations for a location in Brisbane that can do a check on a helmet comms set with CEP to make sure it’s all functioning the way it should

Pretty well any avionics guy could do that for you, probably only cost a carton or so if you approach it In the right manner.

Sorry, but I’ve not operated in Qld for some time now but surely there’d be someone at Redcliffe or Archerfield that could help you out if you’re Brisbane based.
